Mara Pinney established Mara’s Med Spa in Dallas in 2017 with the goal of combining time-honored Brazilian disciplines, leading scientific methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies to bring her clients a prestigious and relaxing full-body experience.

Mara came to Dallas from her native Brazil via Milan and Dubai. She has over a decade of experience in the medspa field as a licensed laser technician and medical esthetician.
