I started my career as a CNA at Palos Hospital in 2003 while I was in nursing school. After realizing that the big university scene was not for me, I transferred from Northern Illinois University to University of St. Francis. I lived with my mom, dad, and two sisters while I attended school. I graduated with my BSN in 2005 as an RN. I began my career at Loyola University Medical Center. I primarily worked in oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant. During my time at LUMC, I began graduate school at Loyola University and graduated in 2010 as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. I worked in an outpatient cancer center and rounded at several local hospitals until 2019. At that time, I decided to go back to school to learn aesthetics and realized this was the change I needed in my career. Since then, the rest is history! I knew I did not want to work in a big luxurious med spa. I wanted to be a real mom with real expectations. Hence, Express Med Spa was born! I love traveling, cars, and biking with my kids. I also have a 3-year-old Great Dane named Jade. We love living in Downtown Frankfort and walking to all of the shops and restaurants!
